The aroma of freshly baked bread at breakfast or traditional South Tyrolean dumplings at dinner: many dishes are recipes created in mother's own kitchen and then carefully prepared by the chef and given that individual touch.
At St. Martin our generous half board consists of:

- breakfast buffet - including a selection of organic products
- breakfast for late risers - available until 11.00am
- you choose from: our renowned dinner menu or lighter - but just as delicious - alternative menus - throughout the week.
